We can provide an NHS Complaints Advocacy service that is free, confidential and independent.

Our team of trained Complaints Advocates provide information, support and advocacy to all patients who want to make a complaint about any service, care or treatment provided by NHS.

The service is a statutory service which was launched on 1 April 2013 to replace the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) which was abolished.
